Writing 101: A space to write

Where do I write?  At this moment awhile I am writing this post, am at home, in part of the living room where my desk top sits on a desk. There a window looking toward the front right corner of my house. To my right side lays one of my three dogs asleep.  My room is right behind me which is where I would like to be at, but since it a small room there limited space to add a desk and chair.  I do draw in my room, but am sitting on the floor when am doing that. Same thing when I am working on what photos to put on my photo blog.  When am writing, it already late into the evening, nice and quiet with the exception of the TV and the sound of keyboard as I type.

When am writing I am just typing everything into the WordPress.  Probably not the best way to do things. I’ve attempted to write my thoughts down in a notebook first, but when am done writing and re-reading what I’ve wrote, I’ve forgotten to mention something or would like to add something, maybe some details. Anyone have this issue when writing in their journals? Something that I fear about writing my thought down in a notebook is someone walking into my room and asking me what am doing when they see I have a pen and a notebook with handwriting in it. In my house people are nosy, so probably why I like to do a lot of things at night when people are asleep.

I should probably go to a Starbucks to do my writing, but then it might be to crowded and noising to think and write.  Going to the library would be to quiet for me and I do need a little bit of noise. I hope one day to keep a written journal, just to have something that is not digital, but in my own hand writing.
